Dancing is a great way to put a smile on your face, a spring in your step and kick start those feel good endorphins!
It's the beginning of the new academic year and it is a great time to try something new that's fun and has health benefits! Dance is a great way to encompass a whole load of health benefits and it's not just for your children. Research has shown that adults can benefit hugely from taking up dance. Whether it’s tap, ballet, or ballroom you can be sure of a great whole body and mind workshop.
As we get older it is important to maintain our flexibility and keep our minds sharp. So by joining your local dance classes you can be sure to do both. From general warm-ups to learning routines, dance will keep you on your toes: if you’ll pardon the pun.
