The Enter Club Buddy System
The Buddy system was designed to help young people of all ages feel comfortable when they first attend our sessions. We know it can be daunting for a young person to walk into a room full of young people they may not know.
Every new person is allocated a 'buddy' at their first session. It is the role of the 'buddy' to remain with the new member throughout the session. This is a particularly effective system and helps new members settle quickly whilst showing the 'buddy' that we trust them to have a level of responsibility and do a good job ensuring that the new member feels comfortable and confident.
