Sands Theatre Arts School in Wirral first opened its doors in 1999. Since then it has trained hundreds of young people - from the age of 7 to 18 - in the performing arts.

Sandy, the director of the school, was herself a member of a youth theatre in her teenage years. Not only did this experience leave a very positive lasting impression, but it led to a successful career in theatre.

Her passion for drama shines through in her work, as does her belief that all young people have it in them to perform.

Our Wirral Drama School puts the emphasis on fun - while giving each and every child a thorough grounding in the three performing arts. The children grow in confidence, increase levels of fitness and develop their communication skills in a lively, structured and protected environment
