Stagecoach Bristol Keynsham has been teaching local children and young people the Performing Arts for over 10 years. Groups are trained by experienced teachers, mostly professional choreographers, performers, directors and musicians.
We pride ourselves on offering a safe environment where children can receive quality training in the performing arts. We welcome new students of all ages and abilities.
Many children join us with no previous experience and all we ask is that they are enthusiastic and keen to learn.
We teach students to act, sing and dance and then watch as they become more confident, poised and self-assured.
For £50 for the Main School (6 - 18 years) and for £25 for our Early Stages students (4 -6 years) students can come and try out our classes for 2 weeks.
Our sister school Stagecoach Bristol East also runs on a Saturday and students from both schools thrive in an environment where creativity is nurtured and technique and style are developed each week.
Stagecoach doesn't just teach skills for the stage, it teaches skills for life!

Drama-Singing-Dancing at Stagecoach Bristol Keynsham
You are never too young to start gaining skills for life Early Stages is a "nursery" class designed to introduce young children aged 4-7 years to Stagecoach.
Running for 90 minutes, the Early Stages class is split up into three 30 minute sessions, where young children learn the skills involved for singing, dancing and drama:
Sing - Children identify where their voices come from and how sounds are made and formed. They get the opportunity to develop rhythm and timing, improving diction, alongside learning popular show songs.
Dance - Working in a group, children learn fun and contemporary routines, which help improve coordination, balance and spatial awareness, while developing strong motor skills.
Drama - through role play and improvisation young children get to stretch their imagination, experimenting with words and feelings. By interacting with others in the group they learn vital social skills such as giving, taking and sharing. In themed fantasy worlds and through storytelling kids can express themselves physically and emotionally, learning new words and phrases while memorising lines through repetition.
Parents receive individually written reports on their child's progress twice a year. "Early Stages, introducing young children to the joy of performance"
