Every week during term time children and teenagers have an hour singing lesson, an hour of dance and an hour drama. Performing Arts classes for kids help to develop confidence, physical awareness, communication and articulation - as well as being educational and fun.

A selection of dancers and singers from Stagecoach Theatre Arts Winchester recently took part in the biggest ever performance of Lord Andrew Lloyd-Webber’s 'CATS'. The musical was staged at the 'NIA', to commemorate Stagecoach's 25th anniversary - in front of an audience of 10,000! In the 50 strong 'centre dance group' was Winchester student Paula A and Louise M and singing solo was Jack S. The biggest part though went to Falicia G, who was just amazing as 'Grizabella'.

Our Early Stages classes run for 90 minutes per week.
Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.

CLASSES IN WINCHESTER FOR 6-18 YEAR OLDS

Our Main school classes run for 3 hours each week.
Stagecoach Main Schools are for young people aged between six and eighteen years, although entry to the schools usually stops at age 16. The school operates for three hours each week during term-time, either after school or at weekends.

Our teachers are all CRB checked and have a wealth of experience and expertise in teaching the performing arts to children.
