Stagecoach St Albans Stage School runs a combined class where children  are taught in all three performing arts disciplines.  Each child will join in a Drama , Dancing and Singing lesson.  

Our Musical Theatre based classes help to develop confidence, physical awareness, communication and articulation - as well as being educational and fun.

Stagecoach St Albans has been providing quality drama, dance and singing classes for children for over 12 years.

Stagecoach is a part time performing arts school in St Albans offering a full and rounded education, teaching life skills to build confidence and stretch imagination to children from 4 years old.

We reach beyond the normal after-school drama clubs and extend the opportunity for your child to receive quality tuition in movement, singing, acting and all aspects of performing arts. Stagecoach offers a very high standard of teaching.

Children Aged 7-18 Years

At our Main School in St Albans children participate in the three disciplines of the performing arts in a weekly three hour session. Children are split into three groups of similar ages and study each discipline for one hour in detail. They are taught to express themselves creatively and effectively whilst learning at their own speed. 

Children Aged 4-7 Years

Our younger 'Early Stages'  children have a 90 minute session, split into a 30 minute Singing Lesson, a 30 minute Dance Session and a 30 minute Drama class.

At Stagecoach St Albans Early Stages classes are split into two different age groups - 4 to 6 year olds and 6 to 7 year olds. Both classes are restricted to 15 children, allowing us to nurture young talent whilst encouraging and inspiring those who might need additional confidence.

Dependent on individual circumstances, a student will move to the next class or the main school; having achieved a certain level of skill in each discipline, this is an easy step when it is time for the student to transfer up a class.

Our Teachers

All acting lessons, dance and movement classes and singing lessons are run by professional teachers who have been fully CRB checked. With industry experience in choreography, singing, directing and acting, our teachers are experts in their chosen field.
