Stagecoach Theatre Arts

With over 700 theatre schools worldwide and more than 40,000 students, Stagecoach is the longest running and most successful performing arts schools network in the world. We ensure that each child gets the most out of their experience by building life skills and confidence while having lots of fun. Stagecoach Wokingham opened in 1998 and some of our students have gone on to achieve great things.

Stagecoach Wokingham at Birmingham NIC

Stagecoach Wokingham runs drama classes, dance classes and singing classes on two days. On Saturdays & Sundays from within Waverley School, Waverley Way, Finchampstead, RG40 4YP - attracting students from all surrounding towns and villages.

Children Aged 6-18 Years
Your child will participate in the three disciplines of the performing arts in a weekly three hour session. Children are split into three groups of similar ages and study each discipline for one hour in detail. They are taught to express themselves creatively and effectively whilst learning at their own speed.

Children Aged 4-6 Years
'Early Stages' will introduce your child to drama classes, dance classes and singing classes in a 90 minute session, split into 30 minute classes. Classes are restricted to 15 children, allowing us to nurture young talent whilst encouraging and inspiring those who might need additional confidence.

Our Performance Opportunities

We provide performance opportunities at the school twice a year & in-house exam opportunities through PPA Awards. One takes the form of a demonstration of class work, whilst the other is a set piece on stage, complete with costumes and lighting, at the prestigious Bearwood College.

For those who just love to perform there is also an annual performance at Her Majesty's Theatre - a fantastic opportunity to perform on a West End stage! Many of our students appear on TV, in Films and on stage in the West End. Although it's not only about being a performer; it's far more than that. It's about self-confidence, self-assurance, team work and FUN!
