Drama, Singing and Dancing Classes Camberley

Surrey Performing Arts is a Performing Arts School in Deepcut, Camberley the school teaches drama classes and dance classes including tap, modern, jazz, ballet, musical theatre/singing and the speaking of verse and prose.

Every week during term time children and teenagers work towards drama, dance exams and performance opportunities. All classes are held at Deepcut Village Centre, Cyprus Road, Deepcut, Camberley, Surrey, GU16 6TB.

Also available for private tuition in any subject and children's parties.

Surrey Performing Arts in Camberley offer a diverse range of classes to suit all children and standards.

Drama and Musical Theatre
Drama and Musical Theatre is available either on its own or for our dancing pupils. Our curriculum offers education in acting, mime, improvisation, devised drama and acting through song via musical theatre. Pupils may work towards graded LAMDA examinations in any of these skills and are also given opportunities to perform in school shows and enter for performance-based medal examinations.

Our Dance Classes follow the ISTD syllabuses in Modern, Tap and Classical Ballet.

ISTD Examinations
These examinations are available for all pupils for around the age of five years old. The graded examinations are available in Tap, Modern and Ballet Classes

Melody Movement Early Learning (MMEL)

For our younger students we offer Melody Bear Classes for children from 2 years old. Melody Movement, First Tap and Modern, First Ballet, Junior Ballet, Melody Movement with Melody and Milligan Bear.

Melody Movement Early Learning (MMEL) is a unique syllabus from Jill Bridger that addresses the needs of our youngest dancers.

Private lessons.
Private Coaching is available in in tap, modern, jazz, ballet, drama, musical theatre/singing and the speaking of verse and prose. These one 2 one sessions can be particularly of interest to pupils wishing to study their grades faster, for older pupils who are completely new and would like to spend some time doing the basics to complement their graded work or catch up, or for pupils wanting to work on audition or festival material.

At Surrey Performing Arts in Camberley we offer many exciting events throughout the school year including workshops, presentations, examinations and a student showcase. Giving all students ample opportunity to perform.

The SPA Agency in Camberley represents children and young performers aged 5 - 20 currently attending Surrey Performing Arts.
