Theatretrain Solihull is a part time Drama School that provides professional acting classes, dance classes and singing classes for young people aged 6-18yrs.

We have 3 age groups, 6-9, 9-12 and 13-18 and each group gets 1 hour of Singing, Dance and Drama.

Every year, all our children are given the opportunity to perform locally,regionally and in large-scale shows in some of the most famous theatres in the world.

The transition from rehearsal to professional performance is an important part of our curriculum. It requires commitment and enthusiasm from all our pupils and the rewards are great. In June 2012 Theatretrain was 20 years old. To celebrate we performed along 3,000 Theatretrain students at the O2 Arena on the 14th July 2013!

Drama, Singing & Dance classes Solihull

At Theatretrain Solihull we love to perform and provide many opportunities for ALL our drama, dance and singing students to perform in our local, regional and West End shows.

Our singing, drama and dance classes are taught in age groups 6-9, 9-12 and 13-18. Children learn a step by step understanding of the performing arts and previous experience isn't necessary.

We have high expectations of all our children and we ask for energy, enthusiasm and commitment In all our singing, dance and acting classes.

• When classes run?

Saturdays 10am-1pm

• What happens in our classes?

The children are split into their own age groups.
6-8yrs, 9-12yrs and 13-18yrs.

All groups have an hour of dance, an hour of singing and an hour of
acting. Each of these classes are taken by different qualified
professional teachers. The lessons are fun and there's no undue stress
attached to them, children can work at their own pace and within their abilities.

• How much?

The cost is £21.00 per Saturday for the first child, and any other children in the family pay half price. (prices correct 1st Jan 2020) 

• Shows?

We are currently performing 1 main show a year.

All of our children take part in the shows!
