Dramacademy Performing Arts School in Wimbledon offers singing lessons, drama classes and dance classes. 

Dramacademy is a children’s Theatre School in Wimbledon that delivers high energy, fun-filled weekly workshops combining drama, dance and singing.

We cover Wimbledon, Putney, Raynes Park, Morden, Mitcham, Tooting,
Colliers Wood, Kingston, Worcester Park, New Malden and Southfields.

Sessions are taught to a high standard by professional actors and also have years of experience teaching children.

Child development is at the core of every activity. Our mission is to raise and protect the self-esteem of every child and to develop vital communication
and social skills without our students realising because they are having too much fun.

Our classes run on Saturday Mornings at: Holy Trinity C Of E School, Effra Road, Wimbledon, SW19 8PW

STAGE ONE - 4 to 7 years @ 9.30 - 11.00 and 11.15 - 12.45

Each class is 90 minutes long and is divided into three sections. This fast-moving, fun class mixes physical games and dances with songs, poems and communication excercises and an inspiring improvised adventure story which the children create together with professional actors. The children become so involved in the story that they forget their inhibitions, speak out more and become more focused.
VOICE / PHYSICALITY & DANCE / ACT & IMPROVISE

STAGE TWO - 8 to 12 years @ 11.15 - 12.45

This class takes place with two professional West End actors and lasts 90 minutes.
The class is divided into four sections which focus on dance, singing, acting and rehearsal process. Drama games, improvised scenes and script work lead up to a specially written end of term studio presentation for family and friends. Parts of the shows are produced as films during the term and are shown as part of the production.
